We process your personal data to provide you full access to the 
features and functionality of our application “MapHub” as well as to contact you if 
we need to. Thanks to your data, you will be able to: 
 
1.  create an MapHub user account; 
2.  save places to your map 
3.  join places to collections 
4.  share collections with other people 
5.  create your own filters (tags), which will make it easier to navigate on 
the map and much more 
 
We also process your personal data to collect statistics, which we use 
for further development of our application. Such data helps us to develop new 
features, fix app errors, analyze users’ interests and needs, etc.  
We do not process your personal data in order to sell it. We only 
process your information to the extent that is necessary to achieve the 
purposes for which the information has been collected. 
 
3. What is the legal basis for processing? 
The processing implemented is based on the contractual relationship 
between you and us following your acceptance of our general terms and 
conditions of the MapHub application when creating an account for the first time.  
 
4. What type of data are we processing? 
We collect the bare minimum of data necessary to enable you to use 
all the functionalities of the MapHub application: 
● your name, surname, email, your profile picture; 
● your location data. These data may contain information about your IP 
address, state, city of your location, etc; 
● your device information. These data include the operation system of 
your device and the version of the app you use, your device ID 
(identification number), device language, brand and model of your 
device;
